Q: Do you charge a travel fee? A: I only charge a travel fee for any sessions located outside of a 20 mile radius of the York, PA, area at a rate of $0.70/mile (IRS standard rate) plus $15/hour round trip. (Example: Your venue is 50 miles one way from me. Multiplied by 2 for there and back would make 100 miles. 100 miles x $0.70 = $70.00 Google Maps says the location is approximately 2 hours away each way. 4 hours x $15 = $60 $130.00 would be your total travel fee.) Quotes for travel fees are available upon request.
Q: What happens if you get sick or injured and can't photograph us? A: For regular sessions, I would reach out as soon as possible to reschedule a new session date. For weddings, there's still no need to worry! I'll have you covered with another photographer that is on par with my style and quality of work.
Q: What should I wear to my session? A: To best complement my warm, bright, and slightly moody editing style, opt for neutral colors and earth tones like white, beige, cream, sage, burgundy, burnt orange, gray, or black. Avoid bright reds, yellows, purples, or blues. Matching outfits are not it anymore. Instead, coordinate! Don’t wear clothing with large logos, characters or anything that will draw attention away from you.
Q: What is the turn around time for getting my gallery back after my session or wedding? A: I will email you a link to your downloadable online gallery within 2-3 weeks after your session date. For weddings, you will receive your preview gallery after 1 week and the rest of your wedding collection within 8-12 weeks of your wedding day.

Q: Is my gallery private? A: Yes! All galleries are password protected, so only you can see them (unless you share the link and password with Grandma). As per my contract and print release, some photos may be used for promotional purposes and on social media.
Q: What does the booking process look like? A: { 1 } For both regular sessions and weddings, I require all clients to first fill out the appropriate Booking Form, which also includes my contract and terms of service. { 2 } After I receive the filled out Booking Form, I will reach out to schedule a short video call with any new clients. Don't worry, this isn't anything formal or super long (15 minutes max). Feel free to ask me any questions you may have during this time about what to wear, etc. We'll get to know each other a bit and also go over details that'll make your session even more epically awesome! { 3 } We'll choose a date, time, and location that best fits both of our busy schedules. { 4 } I'll send you the invoice that you'll have to pay within a week before your session (or 4 weeks before your wedding). You'll be able to pay online with basically any payment method. { 5 } Then, we'll meet at the location on the day of your session, and we'll have a blast!
